Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@mycocklock.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
· Used or worn items, underwear, stockings, and damaged sealed sex toys. Additionally, personalized items with custom content cannot be returned.

· Sale items are non-refundable, only regular priced items can be refunded.

Partial refund
Non-product quality issues, missing parts, or products that were not shipped.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@mycocklock.com.

Order cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel an order, as long as it is in the pre-shipping state. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please check the order status before requesting cancellation and email us at admin@mycocklock.com to request it.

We will notify you within 24 hours if the cancellation was successful, and a refund will be issued immediately.
